Welcome to Snowday! We’re excited to help more families discover your programs. These terms explain how your organization’s free trial works and what happens afterward. By accepting, you agree on your organization’s behalf and confirm you’re authorized to do so. In these terms, “we” means Snowday, Inc., and “you” means your organization.

1. Try Snowday for free

Your Founding Partner trial is free through Nov 30, 2026 (Eastern Time). You don’t need to choose a plan or decide how many programs to list yet. Your trial includes enhanced listings, rich content, discovery features, periodic reports, and support, subject to availability and our editorial review. There’s no obligation to buy anything or accept a paid agreement.

2. Creating your listings together

Snowday is a curated platform. Signing up for the trial or accepting these terms does not mean that your organization or any program has been approved for listing. We review organizations and individual programs for eligibility and fit and reserve the right to decline to list either.

We can draft listings from the website, catalog, and materials you ask us to use. Your materials remain yours. You give us nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to host, edit, and display them in listings and discovery features on Snowday, including through our service providers. You can review your listings and request changes. Snowday may publish eligible listings without a separate approval from you.

3. Keeping your listings accurate

You’re responsible for your programs, accurate and lawful materials, and permissions for content, including testimonials and photos or recordings of children. Please don’t share private participant records or unauthorized content. We keep private drafts, sources, and account information nonpublic, except with authorized service providers or when legally required. You can request corrections. We decide what to publish and set independent ratings; we don’t guarantee placement, traffic, or results. Any discounts you offer must be accurate and honored.

4. What happens when your trial ends

Before your trial ends, we’ll invite you to choose your listings and review the exact price and a separate paid agreement. We’ll remind you at least 14 days before the trial ends, or when you join if there’s less time left. You only commit to paying when you explicitly accept that agreement and authorize payment or arrange invoicing with us. Approving listings or activating your portal account isn’t a purchase.

You can end your trial anytime by emailing partnerships@snow.day. If you don’t choose paid service, enhanced features end and eligible programs return to one Basic Listing with essential facts and a website link, managed by our editorial team. We may combine or unpublish extra listings. You don’t need to cancel to avoid a bill. A written trial extension or a delay in removing enhanced features won’t create any fees.

5. Your content after the trial

After your trial, we may use your materials for up to 30 days only to remove or update public uses. We may keep them privately for 90 days in case you return, then delete creative materials unless the law requires retention or we agree otherwise. We may keep public facts, independent editorial content, and legal records. We need separate permission to use your creative materials in a Basic Listing. If you choose paid service, that agreement covers ongoing use from its start date.

6. Service availability and legal terms

The trial is provided as available; we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may pause or end it for misuse, unlawful content, or safety or security concerns, with notice when practical. To the extent the law allows, neither you nor we are liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the trial is limited to $600. These limits don’t apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

New York law applies. These terms don’t create a legal partnership. Changes need your and our express agreement unless legally required. Content and liability terms, and rights arising during the trial, continue after it ends. We’ll give you a copy of the accepted terms.
